The focus of this class is how to improve core strength & function through learning how to move and use your whole body in a different way.
In these classes you will
Learn: how the core is integrated into whole-body movement
Experience: how your body alignment affects your core strength
Exercise: your upper and lower body to encourage the core muscles to join in as you move throughout your day
Target: your core with some specific movements that sustainably improve core strength
