This one-hour class will lead you through some of the foundational moves found in the book Dynamic Aging . This book was written by my teacher and renowned biomechanist Katy Bowman in collaboration with four of her clients, all in their seventies at the time of writing.
This class is suitable for all but is particularly designed for those who want to improve and/or maintain their balance and movement capacity as they get older. You will receive a handout of all the exercises in the class to practice at home.
For this class you do not need to get down to the floor and you will have access to a chair at all times for extra stability.
